Delivery costs £4.95 on every online order, whatever you buy and wherever it goes.

Where we deliver

We send orders to the United Kingdom and to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

All prices on the site are in pounds sterling. Orders going outside the UK may attract customs charges or import duty on arrival, which are yours to pay and sit outside anything we charge.

How your order is sent

Orders are packed and posted from our salon at 3 Ladbroke Road in Notting Hill. You’ll get an email confirming your order once it’s placed.

If you need something by a particular date, ring us on 020 7229 6318 before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s going to arrive in time.

Collecting from the salon

You’re welcome to collect an order in person instead. Call us on 020 7229 6318 to arrange it. We’re open Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 6.30pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm. We’re closed Mondays.

Something gone wrong?

If your order hasn’t turned up, or it arrives damaged, email [email protected] or call 020 7229 6318 and we’ll sort it out. You can also send anything back under our returns and refunds policy.
