What inspires you?
What inspires me is seeing the salons growing with the teams working together to give a unique experience to the clients. I have a great place to work in and I just love when clients leave with a big smile, thank yous, happy hair and rebooked for their next visit to their special place.
What do you love about being a Hair Organics hair stylist?
Happy clients in a non toxic environment which is just as important for the teams health as well as for the clients health.
What do you love about Notting Hill /Putney.
Our small boutique salons and that the teams can cope, manage and look after the salons without me . A dream salon owners vision!
What do you specialise in? Everything from hair to counselling.

The non toxic ingredients, which leave the hair feeling and looking great.
What do you think is the secret to having happy clients?
From the moment they call, through coming in, to leaving, it has to be an experience. Hair is easy! “Clients want to be part of a family but treated like royalty.”

Don’t like cucumber and any perfumes and Oh I think everyone knows the rest! (I’m a Gemini you know)
What inspires you?
Nature’s perfection inspires me! When I look at all the colours, shapes and symmetries that nature offers us everywhere makes me look at hair and people in the same way.
What do you love about being a Hair Organics hair stylist?
The brand mostly, being organic and using natural products changed my life in many different ways.
What do you love about Notting Hill
I love the people I work with and the eclectic clientele that we come across every day at The Notting Hill salon. It’s like a big Organic Family!
What do you specialise in?
I worked as a session stylist (backstage and photo shoots for many years) bridal, cutting and colouring.
What’s great about working with organic products?
It changed my life 8 years ago, suffering from allergies myself – I just wanted something healthier for me and my clients which also meant much less damage to our environment.
What do you think is the secret to having happy clients?
Great communication! Listening to them but also being honest about achievable results. An honest hairstylist has happy clients I think!
Tell us something unusual about yourself.
I became vegetarian over a year ago.
What inspires you?
Music and people, life in a broad sense but also little things. All these inspire me.
What do you love about being a Hair Organics hair stylist?
Hair Organics is the place where I have been for 10 years now, it must be something special. Its all things together products, clients and an area, Terry has been very supportive throughout, that means a lot.
What do you love about Notting Hill?
I’ve always loved Notting Hill. Who doesn’t? IT IS NOTTING HILL BABY!!
What do you specialise in?
I’m really a Jack of all trades but highlights, cuts and blow drys are high on the list. I also love colour corrections – a good challenge is always welcome!
What’s great about working with organic products?
It changed my life and perception of hair industry overall. No Smell is the first in mind, but there quite a few heads we have restored and save from quite a serious trouble.
What do you think is the secret to having happy clients?
Be honest. Smile. Give it your all. Don’t be lazy. Love your clients.
Tell us something unusual about yourself.
I have been learning to play the bongo recently.
What inspires you?
I take inspiration from fashion, health and lifestyle, photography, design and nature. I love to browse through personal blogs, design and architecture magazines.
What do you love about Notting Hill?
Well… the very relaxing and intimate atmosphere. Our team is super easy going and we all look after each other. The salon location, the table and chairs outside where we like to sit on sunny days while having a tea or lunch. Oh and Terry’s desserts of course!
What do you specialise in?
As a colour specialist, anything to do with colour! Particularly new techniques like freehand balayage, foilayage, colour melts/fades, colour changes.
Toning: I just love to create new shades for my customers so it never gets boring!

What’s great about working with hair organic products?
Just the overall care not only for humans hair, skin and health but also for animals and natural environment. I’ve been working with organic hair products for the last 2 years and first thing I’ve noticed was the difference of texture after colouring. I love the fact that organic products make possible colouring most hair types without over damaging it. The unique and innovative ingredients aligned with holistic care. Even highlighted hair feels 10 times better compared to normal high end products.
What do you think is the secret to having happy clients?
Most of all to actively listen. Listen to anything, engage and be present. I like to connect with people, make everyone comfortable and at ease.
Establishing trust. It would be hard to work in our industry without wanting to make others feel good and special!
Quality over quantity, spend that extra 10 minutes to make it perfect.

Despise the fact that I am very into my body combat and nutrition and you will never see me wearing a dress… one of my favourite movies of all times is still Pride and Prejudice! I am very classy on the inside, Sorry not sorry!
What inspires you?
There are lots of things that inspire me. Being kind and nice to others. I like being healthy and keeping fit so I keep a good relation with myself. Dance music, films and being out and about.

I love the environment the people I work with and love the organic products that we use, healthy for the clients healthy for us.
What do you love about Notting Hill
It is a beautiful area with lots of character and it is a big melting pot of different cultures and communities.
What do you specialise in?
I specialise in cutting and colouring using various modern techniques – highlights, balayage, tints, colour-correction etc.

It is great as it is healthier for us the clients and the environment.

Listen what they want, perfect communication and apply your charisma to their hair!

The secret to having happy clients is to make them feel welcomed to the salon, make them comfortable and most importantly meet their expectations.

I make Tiktok videos where I act and dance.
What inspires you?
I am inspired by scents and I love the nostalgia that scents bring. They evoke emotions that often solidifies memories be it good or bad.
What do you love about working at Hair Organics?
I am a people person and creating a positive professional customer service experience is something that is brings me joy, I can’t wait to see all of the clients and hear what they’ve been up to.
What do you love about Notting Hill?
The area has changed over the years, but I have family in the area and the community feel is something that I’ve always loved. The neighbourly relationships between residents, local artisanal shops, tradesmen and the annual Notting Hill carnival are things that I’m happy to be a part of, if even for a few hours a day.
What do you specialise in?
Customer experience and keeping charge of the stock and supply chain. I balance the happiness of the stylists by ensuring that they have the tools and supplies to flourish. I also create a space for the clients that encourages a respite from their day to day whilst they are in our care.
What’s great about working with organic products?
No chemical smells mean that the environment feels clean, safe and therefore somewhere I am happy to work.
What do you think is the secret to having happy clients?
Listening is probably my favourite skill, I’m a solution finder so listening helps to ensure that the client is heard and makes a solution feasible.
Tell us something unusual about yourself.
I collect candles and incense. I absolutely adore scents and whenever I travel or if someone I know does I’ll ask them to bring me a scent native to the place they visited.
What do you specialise in?
I am the Receptionist specialising in getting the job done and running a smooth ship for the day. I have a degree in Acting so working up front and centre has always been fun.
What’s great about working with organic products?
I learn something new every day with the products from ways to use, to how to apply. I love that we have such a huge range for all hair types. My personal fave is the hydrating shampoo and conditioner.
What do you think is the secret to having happy clients?
A happy team and salon environment is the key to happy clients! We will always try to set the mood for a great service.

It’s always been on my bucket list to shave all my hair off. Let’s see if this ever happens, you’ll know if it does!
Putney Team
What inspires you?
There are many things that inspire me, but it’s mainly creative individuals, bouncing off of each other, keeps me motivated as well.
What do you love about being a Hair Organics hair stylist?
I am very grateful to be a member of Hair Organics. It gives me an amazing platform via which I can meet all different types of people, get to learn about their lives and experience different cultures but most importantly it allows me to create beautiful hair colours and hair styles using not only organic products but also organic approach. I believe it goes together hand in hand.
What do you love about Putney?
Putney is almost like a small town. People tend to know each other and they are very friendly. It kind of reminds me of home with its atmosphere. It’s lovely to walk down the road or go to the shop and meet your clients and have a lovely chat with them. 
What do you specialise in?
I specialise in enhancing the hair colour of naturally blonde hair, sun-kissed looks and very fine highlights. Overall, I prefer more natural looks.
What’s great about working with organics products?
Hair Organic products are fantastic! It’s great to have them in the salon. We are lucky to have our own range, it’s fairly rare, therefore I consider myself to be very lucky having the privilege of using the Hair Organics range of products. They offer a wide range of usage, they are easy to use, they are very healthy and safe and most importantly, they make hair feel and look shiny and glossy, just amazing. It’s all sulphate, parabens, silicone and ammonia free. Full of natural ingredients so what else could you ask for? HaHa
What do you think is the secret to having happy clients?
Consultation is the key to everything, it’s very important to understand the needs of our clients. Once we know their needs and desires, we can take them on the journey to healthy hair. In my opinion, it’s very important to create something that will be almost like a small project for our clients and follow it up in order to get them where they want to be with their hair in the future.

As well as hairdressing I am also qualified in media and graphic design.
What inspires you?
I take inspiration from as many places, people and things that I can. other hairdressers especially the people I work with but mainly things of natural beauty.
What do you love about being a Hair Organics hair stylist?
I love Hair Organics because of what it has taught me over the last 12 years – it has allowed me to be the hairdresser I’ve always wanted to be (fabulous!)
What do you love about Putney?
Putney feels like a beautiful little village the clients are amazing and the people I am lucky enough to work with are crazy people and I love them.
What do you specialise in?
I specialise in drinking coffee and educating clients on their organic hair journey…oh and smoothing treatments.

Honesty is key but also really listening to you client and making sure that you both understand each other before any physical hairdressing is started Also a killer smile and the ability to have a good giggle!

Prosecco, coffee and good house music and I’m in my happy place!
What inspires you?
Everything around me inspires me, things in everyday life, nature and my children who have a fresh point of view on some many things!

I love being a part of the HO family, we make an amazing team. We work with high quality products that make our workplace prestigious.
What do you love about Putney?
I used to work in Notting Hill but now I work in Putney, both of those places are very cosmopolitan and my way of working in Putney is so relaxing.

I’m good at making tea and coffee 
I know how to deal with different situations as well as making sure that work goes smoothly.

The best part of working with organic products is that it’s safe for us and clients.

My other passion is make-up and I have worked on many fashion shoots and international beauty contests. PS…. many years ago I worked on a marijuana plantation in the Netherlands!
